Winds of Change Leaseholding, LLC has been developing the Red Barn Wind Project since April 2009. The project is developing 560 acres of land in Northeast Arkansas as a site capable of placing 8 or more Utility Scale wind turbines. We have focused on the 100M hub height with a 2.5MW or greater turbine.
We are working on putting together permitting documents while arranging for financing and a Power Purchase Agreement for the project.
In the interest of transparency and to help other developers develop successful wind projects, we are sharing the information of the project on this website.
